A peek through a window and a golden Buddha statue at Wat Bang Kung in the Amphawa District, not far from Bangkok, Thailand. This temple which dates back to the Ayutthaya period is engulfed in Banyan trees. The small temple is located along the shores of the Mae Klong River and was the scene of a 18th century battle.
